More Dolls!
Dollmaking is a time consuming but rewarding hobby! It is also not a cheap hobby (are they ever?). The finished product is well worth it and you have something you can save for your children or grandchildren.
Liz is 24" tall, porcelain face arms, hands and legs, with a soft body.I used a doll armature in her body instead of wire. She was suppose to be a "little match girl" but I decided to make her a schoolgirl. The sweater is one of my old ones that I cut down for her.
This is the first doll I ever made and boy was I nervous. Emily is 19" tall has a cloth body, porcelain face, hands and legs. I remember how frightened I was to tackle this, my first doll project. A good friend gave me some help and then it was on to the next one.
